If you're having issues with this app syncing to your device, yes, make sure that you have the latest version of the app and location settings turned on, more importantly check for firmware updates for the device. Mine wasn't syncing to the treatments I selected, I found that the device needed firmware updates, no more syncing issues. It works great now. Go to your account profile in the app, select Firmware from the menu, turn on the device and follow the prompts.

I've loved ZIIP for years. Vowed to always have one, and told everyone about it. Now suddenly the app won't sync with my device. Tried all the troubleshooting, updating, location on, etc. The device doesn't work without the app and they offer no solution. Now I have a $400 paperweight? This is a huge customer service fail, they just lost a lifelong customer and don't seem to care.

I have had my Ziip for 4 years now. I had a few challenges with it synching with my phone over the years. But now it won't allow me to sign in without a constant error message. Unfortunately, there is no phone # to call for help, can only message. I feel like I'm stuck without any help. I love the device but the App needs major help. Quick response to my issue! PROBLEM RESOLVED!
