Note Bolt is a fast, simple notepad for everything you want to remember: ideas, shopping lists, plans, meeting notes and to-dos. Open it, tap plus, and start typing. There is no save button.

YOUR NOTES STAY ON YOUR PHONE
• No account and no sign-up. Open the app and write.
• Notes are stored on your device, not on our servers.
• Works fully offline.

WRITE, DRAW OR SPEAK
• Type it, or dictate it and let your phone do the typing
• Draw or sketch on a canvas, with pens, colours and an eraser
• Add a photo from your camera or from your gallery
• Record a voice memo and play it back inside the note

WRITE THE WAY YOU THINK
• Bold, italic, underline and strikethrough
• Headings to break up longer notes
• Bullet lists, numbered lists and checklists
• Checklists show your progress right on the card
• Emoji picker, plus undo and redo
• Rearrange the formatting toolbar to suit you

ORGANISE AT A GLANCE
• Folders, to keep work, home and everything else apart
• Labels, to tag a note with as many as it needs
• Nine colours to sort notes by sight, plus a default colour of your choice
• Pin important notes to the top
• Bookmark notes and find them in their own tab
• Archive what you are done with, without deleting it
• Deleted notes wait in Trash for 30 days, so nothing is lost by accident
• Grid or list view, sorted by last edited or date created
• Select several notes at once with a long press
• Three columns on tablets

FIND ANYTHING
Search looks through titles and the text of every note, and matches as you type. Inside a long note, Find jumps straight to the word you are after.

LOCK PRIVATE NOTES
Lock individual notes with a 4 or 6 digit PIN or a pattern, and open them with your fingerprint or face on supported devices. You can lock the whole app as well, so it asks again whenever you come back to it.

NEVER FORGET
Set a reminder on any note: in an hour, tomorrow morning, or at a date and time you choose.

SHARE AND BACK UP
• Share a note as text, as an image, as a PDF or as a web page
• Export everything to a backup file, or as Markdown files
• Back up automatically to a folder you choose, as often as you write
• Import from a backup, from Markdown or text files, from Google Keep (Takeout) or from Evernote (.enex)

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
• Recent notes widget, with a button to start a new note
• Pinned note widget that keeps one note in view
• Quick Settings tile to start a new note from anywhere
• Start a note straight into the camera, a voice memo or a drawing

EASY ON THE EYES
Set the editor's text size, and the app follows your system font size too.
