Devastatingly poor customer service and defective Rotimatic Next. As one of the first 100 customers, I've been trying to return this for over a year with no success. The machine doesn't work properly, and the app is terrible—clunky and frustrating instead of smooth. Upgrading from my old Rotimatic was a huge mistake. The company ignores my requests and has completely destroyed my trust in this brand. Don't waste your money.

EXTREMELY BAD Consumer service. they have an app, which says that they'll respond in under a minute. However, I have a rep on the other side, the app shows them as active, but still there is no response for more than half an hour. I messaged them several times, like hello, are you there, etc...... but no response at all. I gave up. waste of money to buy Rotimatic.

This app does not work for anything! The app tries to have a fancy UI animations. Not needed at all! We just need basic functionality to setup the machine and chat for troubleshooting. For example, the hamburger menu on the left does not open up most of the times when I click on the breadcrum. If it opens up, nothing happens most of the time when I click on any option.
