EXTREMELY BAD Consumer service. they have an app, which says that they'll respond in under a minute. However, I have a rep on the other side, the app shows them as active, but still there is no response for more than half an hour. I messaged them several times, like hello, are you there, etc...... but no response at all. I gave up. waste of money to buy Rotimatic.

This app does not work for anything! The app tries to have a fancy UI animations. Not needed at all! We just need basic functionality to setup the machine and chat for troubleshooting. For example, the hamburger menu on the left does not open up most of the times when I click on the breadcrum. If it opens up, nothing happens most of the time when I click on any option.

It has very short life. First one broke in just one year. I ordered two more and both broke one by one in about less than a year each. Customer service is horrible. It is through app only and they will keep repeating same questions like what flour, what oil and send pictures etc. never fixed any thing. shipping is too costly. First one stopped heating, second one the upper hot plate fell down lose, third one is not getting enough water for the dough. Too costly to buy any more.
