not working properly always show incorrect details and crashed many times when ON

It's a nice app/software to keep a track of your progress and record but why does it take an hour to update your clock-in details?

Software does not give information of the absent days using the icon from actual counted working days (25th - 26th) every month. The software does not provide enough time to apply regularization, on duty and other duty applications. Mobile - Display can be modified and made more interactive.
