About this app

Zinexus is Grupo Zinergia's application for its company's personnel. It brings together the group's daily operations in one place: the trips and settlements of on-the-road drivers, and the authorizations, inspections, and processes handled by the administrative and workshop areas.

Zinexus is an internal tool: to log in, you need the credentials provided by the company, and the app only shows you the modules relevant to your position.

If you are a driver:

• Trips: View your trip details, itinerary, and progress, and record receipts and expenses in real time.

• Settlements: Review your settlement history and details whenever you need them.

• Advances and Loans: Request advances for traffic, maintenance, tires, or security, and view your loans and discounts.

• Evidence: Capture photos and supporting documents directly from the camera.

• Checklists: Perform quick, step-by-step vehicle inspections.

If you work in an administrative or workshop area:

• Authorizations: Receive, review, and resolve your team's requests from your cell phone, level by level.

• Tire Inspection: Record probe readings via Bluetooth with a clear status indicator.

• Internal Portal: Access the group's web services from the app, without having to log in again.

For all staff:

• Chat and clarifications: Contact the support area to resolve any questions.

• Notifications and alerts: Stay instantly informed about what's important for your operation and the group's announcements.

• Digital ID: Your identification as a member of Grupo Zinergia, always with you.
