Great app, especially from a startup. It had a couple problems when it launched, but they update the app frequently, adding new features and fixing any bugs. Everything works great now & it has been a great experience. They use Plaid to add your bank account, and mine wasn't recognized. But I called Customer Service and they added it for me in less than 5 minutes. Nice to have a card from a company that doesn't hate me, and that has great customer service. I highly recommend.

Everytime I tried to enter a password for the app, it rejected because it claimed to be different. This is due to fat fingered attempts, so I found one of those rubber tipped pens but that didn't work either. They need to allow the entire password to be visible until sent, otherwise they could allow creating an account on a desktop or laptop like the rest of the banking world. NOT EVERYBODY WILL FOREVER USE A PHONE FOR EVERY TASK, Some of us like our desktops and laptops and will NEVER USE APPS.

Love this credit card! And the app is great too! When they first started the company, the app was a little sparse when it came to features. As they've grown, they add new features, and they're always asking for feedback as to what to enable customers to do with the app. They actually listen!! It's been fun to watch the growth of a company from startup. My favorite part is the charity donations. The customers vote on who will be donated to, and they get a percentage of every transaction made!
