made multiple purchases most of them went through and got the item but then when I purchased the bigger packages, they took my money and I didn't receive item. the only support they have is via Facebook Messenger and it's just an automated response. this company needs to be more on point

On the First week, it gives me satisfaction when it comes to your services. I can really play so smoothly. But after a week, as I decided to continue playing... The game suddenly stopped automatically, i was kicked out from the game without quiting and automatically logged out from the game. And lastly, games just started suddenly its not responding...it's just loading and then when it goes back. The most frustrating part of the game was finished already then My money got deducted.
