I have had issues with this app from the start. Trouble loading so often I have to restart the app since the refresh button doesn't seem to work. The app won't run speed tests. I know I have an older router, but that's because the tech told me the newer ones at the time were actually having a lot of issues. It's probably time for a new router, but the service is poor anyways. The price goes up, but dsl is all that is available despite the highly advertised fiber with high speeds. Not recommended

An app like this is mostly useless UNTIL you have an outage. then you need useful information. unfortunately this app doesn't give it to you. if you go to the support tab it enter the first 10 digits of your account number. but WHERE? Not in app! This is necessary to know if the outage is system-wide or just me. Should be able to: - search an outage - if system, status. - updated with times: reported, investigated, repairs in progress. Your customers want to know what is going on.

It worked great for me first week. Now it does nothing. It won't run any speed tests. It shows I was billed on July 26, but shows zero balance. It won't allow me to set up autopay. It sends me a notice I'm limited to a speed test because I may not have their router. Which they setup. It doesn't show what devices are connected. A technician came out and everything seems to be working. He showed me how to do a speed check through a browser. If I have to do that why have the app. Ziply fix your app
