Zipper Town is a dedicated app for your home that connects managers and residents of villas, officetels, and studio apartments.

From checking building notices and handling complaints to communicating with neighbors and managing maintenance fees, rent, and utilities.

If all matters concerning your building were scattered,

you can gather them all in one place with Zipper Town.

■ If you are a manager:

· Maintenance fee bills are generated immediately simply by registering household information.

· Rent bills are issued automatically every month once you have entered the contract details.

· You can send building notices to all residents at once.

· Bill notifications are automatically sent via KakaoTalk. (Manager authentication required)

· Payment status can be downloaded as an Excel file.

· You can record the processing status of incoming complaints without missing any.

■ If you are a resident:

· Check this month's maintenance fees and rent directly in the app.

· You will be notified via KakaoTalk when a bill is issued or the payment date approaches.

· Receive building notices directly in the app. You will never miss a notice posted on the bulletin board. · Report repairs or inconveniences via the app and check the status of the resolution.

· Chat with neighbors in the same building and participate in group purchases and sharing.

· You can also view news from your neighborhood.
