It's convenient to have, however it does not allow for specific order changes. Only pre set order preferences, also ZIP POINTS EXPIRE. I do not have notifications on due to my preferences however when I looked I had only 3000 points. Under further investigation I found they expire after a while so roughly 7k points expired without my knowledge. About $65 worth of points I had saved for a day I forgot my wallet or something. Use them before then. Kind of a huge bummer that they just up and vanish

Couldn't download zipsters rewards points through app on phone. I wasn't able to scan or type in number. A message saying oops something went wrong please try again later kept popping up. I tried later, same thing happened. ZIPPYS REWARDS APP IS VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE IT SAYS I ONLY HAVE 3 DAYS TO CLAIM POINT'S !!!!!!!!!!!!

Credit card payment not available at this location. App update has zero functionality if I can't place an order. Lame. Next stop wasn't Zippy's. Update November 2025 .. the app just got better! now you can't use your zipcoins. still lame.
