It's convenient to have, however it does not allow for specific order changes. Only pre set order preferences, also ZIP POINTS EXPIRE. I do not have notifications on due to my preferences however when I looked I had only 3000 points. Under further investigation I found they expire after a while so roughly 7k points expired without my knowledge. About $65 worth of points I had saved for a day I forgot my wallet or something. Use them before then. Kind of a huge bummer that they just up and vanish

Started with 5 stars, but had to drop it. Like others, the app has been getting worse. Prior I had a hard time logging in. Now the app won't let me change location even though you have to go through 6 popups confirming you want to change. Very sad.

With each update the app gets worse. Now it won't remember who I am and with every order I have to login all over again. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Text message updates are hit and miss. Half the time you can't open your food locker. It's just so buggy and getting worse. When I'm in a rush I just don't go to Zippys because I don't want to fight with the app.
