Start using the ZIPZERO app for all your shopping to earn cash towards your monthly bills.

ZIPZERO’s mission is to help consumers monetise the enormous value in our shopping data. Every day, global giants like Google and Facebook track our transactional behaviour and earn cash by allowing retailers to target us online. Meanwhile, none of this wealth is shared with the owners of that data – the consumer.

We started ZIPZERO with the belief that consumers have a right to some of the money that is earned on the back of our shopping data. We created a smart tool – the ZIPZERO app – to give everyone the ability to gain access to these funds. Furthermore, we wanted to put this money directly towards an essential cause – monthly bill payments

Bad login method. Randomly logs you out every week. Then can't sign in with a password they have to send you an email link which is annoying. The boosted offers take 90 days to be credited to your account which sucks and half the time the app doesn't register that you applied the offer and only credit you the min amount. Keep having to message support to change this which is a lot of hassle. They don't respond so don't know if I've been correctly credited or not.

Hi Jamie, we are currently faced with a backlog of tickets, due to the bank holiday weekend, so this is why response times might be delayed slightly. We are working hard to fix user issues and hope to solve this in our next update. Premium offers are subject to a grace period set by the retailer, to ensure products are not returned.

Doesn't pay bills, just stays on processing for months, done 2 bills now and still processing, don't waste your time with this app, try shoppix instead or amazon shopping panel, quicker payouts ****************Edit . I've passed the grace period, it was cleared available funds, I have used the cleared available funds to pay bills, but the bills have not been paid out, still on processing*************

Hi Barry, we are disappointed to hear about your experience here. Receipts and online purchases are subject to grace periods to ensure that no products are returned or the order is not cancelled. These periods are set by the retailer and vary depending on the offer.

I finally had enough to pay a bill; 30 days later, the payment is still "processing". Also, the 1% offers are rarely applied, I make sure they are saved in my offers before scanning, but then I still only get the 0.1%! They have a support page where you can ask questions but I never got a reply. Very frustrating.
