About this app

Zirak Delivery Driver is the companion app for couriers who deliver parcels with Zirak. It is a workforce app: accounts are created by the Zirak operations office, so only registered company drivers can sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Today's work, in one place — see the shipments assigned to you, grouped by stage: to pick up, in your hand, and waiting on the sender.
• Scan to open — point the camera at a parcel label (or pick a photo from your gallery) and the right shipment opens instantly. You can also type the reference number.
• Clear delivery flow — start the delivery, collect the amount from the receiver, and record the outcome with one tap. Postponements, new phone numbers, and returns are all handled in the app.
• Sender responses — when a sender answers about a failed delivery (retry, new number, postpone, return), it lands on its own page so nothing gets lost.
• Earnings — your delivery earnings by day, week, month, or any custom date range, with a searchable history for every shipment.
• Wallet — a live view of what you collected, what you handed over, and your settled balance, with a downloadable PDF statement.
• Warehouse hand-overs — a complete log of every parcel you brought into the warehouse, collections and returns alike.
• Works in your language — Arabic, Kurdish, and English, with full right-to-left support and light and dark themes.

ABOUT ACCESS

This app is for drivers working with Zirak delivery companies. There is no public registration: your company creates your account and gives you your sign-in details. If you drive for Zirak and need an account, contact your operations office.
