Poor customer service. They can't even resolve a deposit problem. Slow to reply and can't even check out issues. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

The worst customer service experience. I sent money to these guys its been 2 days and they haven't recharged my card. And when I wrote them on whatsapp the person incharge told me it's a scam if I like I should locate them. You talk about always available customer service. I think Google should give me an opportunity to upload screenshot and you will see how available your customer service is

Innovative and works perfectly. Customer service is something the zitocard team has understood which is key. Keep up with the good work. It feels so good knowing that i can reload my card anywhere anytime with just a few clicks.
