Ratings and reviews

The app functions but your options are very limited. Very basic payment options, you have to manually input your credit card each time if making manual payments, you can't update your card information stored for Auto pay, and the most annoying facet is that you have to get sent an OTP code each time to login (to your email) rather than having a password or fingerprint login. Very annoying to navigate and I dread using it. Would rather just call them than use their app if comes to it.

this is a pain in my brain, can't believe how much problem it is to open matters of fact I always have to go through the 1 800 number to update my payment information rendering it useless, at least for me sad to say

I can't ever get logged into b/c it automatically puts some stupid number after I enter my email address.
