Ratings and reviews

The app functions but your options are very limited. Very basic payment options, you have to manually input your credit card each time if making manual payments, you can't update your card information stored for Auto pay, and the most annoying facet is that you have to get sent an OTP code each time to login (to your email) rather than having a password or fingerprint login. Very annoying to navigate and I dread using it. Would rather just call them than use their app if comes to it.

This app does not work, or it needs to be redone. It tdoes not work for laptops or ipads. Where do we pay on this app? My experience with Zito has not been a good one so far. The people themselves are amazing but the service is terrible. I had my service put in on a MOnday and by Friday I had no service again, and they had the nerve to pro rate my bill and not give me the summer special which is 3 months free. I hooked up two accounts and received nothing special but a bill

unfortunately I have had problems with Zito since the first day. Always losing the Internet and the price for tv and movies are high. I do have to say that customer service is extremely helpful and very nice.
