Ratings and reviews

The app functions but your options are very limited. Very basic payment options, you have to manually input your credit card each time if making manual payments, you can't update your card information stored for Auto pay, and the most annoying facet is that you have to get sent an OTP code each time to login (to your email) rather than having a password or fingerprint login. Very annoying to navigate and I dread using it. Would rather just call them than use their app if comes to it.

Gotta be the worst service ever it's always out and now it takes days to get the service back on. The technician says one thing and maintenance says another 🗑️

I can't even sign in to the app or website to check my bill. I have been trying for a month since my service started to get it to work. I have called and talked to cust service but was told oh try again in 24 hrs to sign in. SHOCKER it still doesn't work.
