3Plus ensures that the information being collected below will not be used for any other purpose other than providing services and maintaining device functionalities.
The APP needs the read_call_log, read SMS and write SMS permissions, and you can dismiss or refuse those permissions at any time. But without those permissions, the features of incoming call notification, SMS notification, and quick reply will not be able to work. The privacy permission is used for device functionality purpose only. 3Plus will never disclose, save, publish or sell your data. 3Plus seriously takes security and protect your personal information.
Access to location data is to ensure that the device can connect to your mobile device to provide accurate data at your location.
Access to photo album, media content, and files are to ensure that the images, videos and other data can be displayed on the App.
Access to workout data is to ensure all activities and workout data can be displayed on the App.
Permissions required for incoming calls, notifications, SMS and etc. :
Access to cell phone call log is to ensure the watch will be able to show incoming calls.
Access to cell phone contacts is to ensure the watch will be able to show the caller ID.
Access to call status is to ensure the watch will be able to show the status of the call.

I have the 3+ vibe lite. It's very frustrating when the sleep won't record or it will only work for the first two hrs that I sleep. If I need to get up at night, it will stop recording my sleep. Then there are days when it does start recording again when I fall back to sleep. For the past two days, I have no sleep recorded. I have tried to restart the watch, but it still does it. Why does it not record sleep until it hits midnight?

Dear customer, are you having Vibe Lite or Vibe Lite w/Bluetooth calling watch? Vibe Lite has automatic sleep monitoring system. It's tracked only once per 24-hour cycle starting from 6pm in your time zone. If you sleep from 6pm to 11pm it will track your sleep for that sleep cycle but will not track any other sleep cycles until 6pm the next day.

I have the 3+ vibe light with blue tooth calling. The tracking and activity all work well but the watch will not vibrate for notifications. I bought this for work so I wouldn't miss calls and messages. All notifications are turned on and settings between the phone and watch. The watch vibrates when I reach my goals and such but not for messages or calls.

Dear customer, please restart your phone, reset your watch and pair it again. After that, 1.Allow the nearby device by going to Setting->Apps->3+ PRO->Permissions->Nearby devices under you phone settings. 2.Switch your location service to "always" which under your phone privacy settings. Also, please have your App always running in the background

My only problem is that it's constantly connected & stays open on my phone, draining my battery more than normal over time. Even when I close all apps & even restart my phone. The app is automatically open as soon as the phone starts & the only way to stop it is to permanently stop the app or uninstall it, which I'm trying to avoid both of those options.
