Stay organized and informed about your shift assignments and tasks with Zwiesel Notes. The app offers you a convenient way to manage your work assignments and plan them with ease. Here are some of the features available to you:

The Zwiesel Notes start page always shows you the next upcoming assignments - up to the next 5 assignments, as required. In this way, you always have an overview of your upcoming shifts and can optimally prepare for them.

New missions:
Here you have a handy overview of all the new assignments that have been assigned to you. Simply give feedback whether you want to accept or cancel the assignment and after your feedback the entry will be removed from the list. In addition, an entry will be created in your calendar to simplify your planning.

Calendar:
Your personal calendar in the app shows you a clear overview of all your confirmed assignments in an easy-to-read calendar view. Whether monthly, weekly or daily view, you decide how you want to view your assignments.

Availability:
With Zwiesel Notes you can also easily confirm your availability. If you have not specified a specific availability, the standard availability from personnel administration applies.

Push notifications:
To keep you up to date, you will receive push notifications about new or changed assignments. You can also set reminders before upcoming assignments to make sure you don't miss anything important.
