Zkart is the customer app of Zkart Logistics. Book a vehicle for your goods in a few taps, follow the trip live on the map, and receive your consignment with a secure OTP handover.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Book a delivery: choose Metre Fare for distance-based pricing or Package Fare for fixed-hour packages, with the price shown before you confirm.
• Track live: once a driver is assigned, watch the vehicle move on the map in real time, from pickup to drop-off.
• Stay informed: get notifications at every stage, booking confirmed, driver assigned, goods picked up, and delivered.
• Safe handover: deliveries are confirmed with an OTP, so your goods are handed over only to the right person.
• Pay your way: pay online securely or settle in cash, and get a clear fare breakup for every trip.
• Book for others: add the receiver's name and number, and they stay informed too.

What’s new

Booking waits for the road distance to be worked out, and tells you plainly while it is calculating or if it could not be worked out.

The app now records what it was doing when a request fails, so a screen that will not move forward can be looked into instead of guessed at.
