To fully use the app you need e-banking access. Your access to the mobile banking app must be activated once in e-banking. You also define your personal mobile banking password in e-banking. For security reasons, you must register each mobile device to use the app. You can manage your mobile devices independently in e-banking.

Security
Please note the following safety tips when using the mobile banking app:

- Keep your mobile password secret and enter it covertly.
- Activate passcode lock on your mobile device to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your data.
- Software updates often also close security gaps. Therefore, update the operating system and all apps regularly and always use the latest software versions.
- Do not root your mobile devices and only use apps from the official app stores.
