The Hoteling App for Android allows mobile users to reserve Workspace, Team Room and Equipment using Android rather than logging into a PC or waiting in line at a Kiosk. Using the Hoteling app, employees of organizations can now Reserve and even Cancel the reservations while traveling, as long as they have Internet connectivity.

The Workspace and Team Room can be reserved from the floor drawing itself, thus giving the users a sense of location of a Space or Room within the floor before reserving.

If any reservation exists to check in, when an user logs in, if the employee is in the office premises, a notification is shown in the app prompting him to check in automatically.The reservation will be auto bumped if the user does not check in within a stipulated time, thus releasing the Space and driving the utilization even higher.

The Android app can also act as a Kiosk when the Kiosk Mode is enabled, thus providing a mobile Kiosk when necessary.
