Update:I ordered for courier service to get a package delivered to me. Paid. Package never delivered. No refund. Uninstall There have been 2 instances where I was charged more than what was shown on the app at checkout. I was told that I would be refunded the extra money I paid but that never happened. I also learned today that even though your order is accepted and you are tracking its progress it will never get to you. I finally gave up and cancelled my order after almost 3 hours of waiting.

This app has potential, but to be honest, taking over 1hr to deliver food orders is absurd. Follow up with drivers after they take more than 20 minutes to reach the restaurant. Follow up with them if they take more than 20 minutes to reach the delivery location. The ladies in customer service are nice but I shouldn't have to call customer service for every order just to know what's going on.

very bad experience. They started taken money before delivery, so i paid for an order, apparently the system will accept the order and collect money even though your order might not be available. they cancelled the order but it's been 12 days and have not yet gotten my money back in telebirr, so it becomes your issue to call them and follow to get ur money back. I'm removing the app, and will never order again. I'm sure many clients are unhappy and could be a soon dying business.
