Update:I ordered for courier service to get a package delivered to me. Paid. Package never delivered. No refund. Uninstall There have been 2 instances where I was charged more than what was shown on the app at checkout. I was told that I would be refunded the extra money I paid but that never happened. I also learned today that even though your order is accepted and you are tracking its progress it will never get to you. I finally gave up and cancelled my order after almost 3 hours of waiting.

This app has potential, but to be honest, taking over 1hr to deliver food orders is absurd. Follow up with drivers after they take more than 20 minutes to reach the restaurant. Follow up with them if they take more than 20 minutes to reach the delivery location. The ladies in customer service are nice but I shouldn't have to call customer service for every order just to know what's going on.

probably the best delivery app in Ethiopia, the deliveries are quick and the delivery men basically follow the GPS to your location which is new for Ethiopian drivers as they generally have to call you like 50 times to find your location. The Only criticism I have is that they don't have as many restaurants or fast food places as their competitor Beu.
