Update:I ordered for courier service to get a package delivered to me. Paid. Package never delivered. No refund. Uninstall There have been 2 instances where I was charged more than what was shown on the app at checkout. I was told that I would be refunded the extra money I paid but that never happened. I also learned today that even though your order is accepted and you are tracking its progress it will never get to you. I finally gave up and cancelled my order after almost 3 hours of waiting.

probably the best delivery app in Ethiopia, the deliveries are quick and the delivery men basically follow the GPS to your location which is new for Ethiopian drivers as they generally have to call you like 50 times to find your location. The Only criticism I have is that they don't have as many restaurants or fast food places as their competitor Beu.

Have used this app for over a year. They offer very terrible customer service. It takes forever to reach customer services on the phone Out of 10 orders, 9 orders are delivered with at least 36 minutes. When paying online, the wait time for your order can be increased threefold. Moreover, users are restricted from withdrawing funds from their Zmall wallet, as they can only use the balance to pay for services on the app.
