24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date in the "Account Settings".

Ratings and reviews

Installing wifi is truly a pain. I had this system for about 4 years.. it works when it is connected.. but expect at least 3 to 6 hours to get it to connect to yor router. It asks to get to ZMD_SAP and it is not in the list of wifi.... I tried to enter manually... wow.. it is not fun...If you switch provuders.. again back to the beginning. Also works only with 2.4 GHz network only. I did contact the customer support once it was helpful but not other times... I may have to throw away 9 cameras!

after reading all the reviews I was a little apprehensive to say the least about upgrading, However after a little frustration and patience I figured it out and let me add it's not all that complicated. The cloud storage is free for 30 days trial. works fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Zmodo! Update 02/2025 I must say that it has been an enjoyable experience, I purchased 4 more after 2 years they all needed replacing. They should just send replacement but NO.

update 2/26/2025 changed from 1 star to 3 For once, an update actually fixed issues and made the app function better. Would give more stars but it took many years for a good update. Previous review from 2019: Ive had nothing but trouble with this app. It never functions correctly, each update will fix one thing but break another. Sometimes the updates fix nothing, just breaks some additional feature. Currently I can't view my events, making this app entirely useless.
