Where do I start? Let's see, they charged me double what they said they were going to charge for my cloud service!!! Charged for a whole year rather than a month so my bank account was overdrawn. Customer service refused to make it right and was very rude. Updated my device software versions and now the notifications aren't working!!! On top of that half the time when there is motion it doesn't register as an alert.

I really thought there would be a longer record time when motion was detected. It gives me just enough time to see what or who triggered thr device but i cant see what they do after. UPDATE....So....if you add the subscription you have have 24/7 video saved for 7 days which is a great thing. The thing that I don't like is that you have to pay individual subscription for each device. However, yearly discount is good. No multi device discount. Video quality is good and all seems to work fine.

On the phone app I was able to speak into it so my kids could hear me when I'm at work. Now my kids can't hear me almost at all the speak isn't putting out sound to any of my five camera's. Which is super frustrating when it was amazing before. We have unplugged and plugged them back in, reset them, and updated the app and nothing has helped with the speaker's. Other than that huge speaker issue they are great.
