I was told to install this beta due to app Just won't stay connected. I have 2 sip accounts and zoiper will continuously disconnect them and it will be stuck saying "registering". This happens on a daily basis. Spent months and months getting nowhere with support sending these same info in over and over again. Same issues with beta. This app use completely unreliable.

Paying for this and have been trying to get assistance because it is not working. Was working fine when I didn't pay. Sent numerous emails since November with just a ticket/ reference number sent, but no response/ communication. It shows as "account is ready" and it's green but it's not working Really dissapointed

Zoiper is only a softphone application, it works in combination with a third-party VoIP service to make calls. Note that the Zoiper BETA app is meant for testing purposes and it is not paid, if you need a stable app version, you may use the Zoiper PRO which is required for commercial use, or Zoiper Lite.

Couldn't get Zoiper to work at all but Zoiper Beta does a bit better, it says it is Registered and Ready, just won't make calls and gets some sort of error resolving DNS but it's flashed on the screen too fast to read. You'd think they could be bothered to test this stuff before releasing it to see if it works at all!

Hello. Go to Settings---> Accounts---> your account---> Network settings and set "Use STUN" to "No". Let us know if this fixes the issue.
