SEVERE PRIVACY ISSUES AND VIOLATIONS: Unable to remove saved billing information when I no longer need to have the app on my phone... Company DOES NOT honor account deletion requests!! I have been trying to delete my information and account for almost a year now. Still nothing despite promises of a prompt reply. - (One year later, over 300 requests to delete my account. All have gone ignored. Including emails direct to customer service and their CEO. They are in complete violation of the GDPR.)

I can't get the end button to work and it just keeps counting up. I parked it next to the other scooters. No customer service available. Freaked out on what kind of Bill I can expect.

Kinda works sometimes, but half the time the scooter stops and refuses to go further, or I can't finish the ride, or it wants me to take a parking picture but can't actually take it... Not to speak of the deceptive "first 15 min free" advertising. This is simply a lie, they show it on every ride but it seems like only the first 15 min the first time you use the app are actually free.
