I have tried similar apps but finally settled with Linko and it's Pro version. This gets the job done and is really easy to use letting me save URLs with custom titles & notes. The ability to read pages without internet too. Being able to turn any link into a QR code to share or save, is cool.

Awesome app for hoarding links! It saves URLs instantly, lets you add custom notes, and the smart sync makes sure you don't get annoying duplicates. I had a minor issue with an importing bookmark error at first, but the dev was super responsive and fixed it right away. Everything runs flawlessly now. Definitely check it out!
