Ratings and reviews

I used to be a MY ZONG APP user for a long time. But recently Zong increased the prices of their packages to an untouched extent. Every package is comparatively double in rate than other companies and previous rates. Moreover, their one-day YouTube only package also sucks. You can see only thumbnails of the YouTube videos. But when you click on the video, it takes too long to play the video. It often sticks on the adds. If, the video plays, it usually stops after a few seconds forever.

This is a very useless and terrible app. When you load 100, only 70 is credited. If you don’t buy a package, even that balance disappears within a week. This app seems to be made only to cheat users. When you try to buy a package through the app, it deliberately shows an error and moves the money to the wallet, but even there the amount is reduced. Very bad service.

Zong was my first SIM, but as time passed, their packages became more expensive, and their network quality deteriorated. Videos wouldn't play smoothly, and gaming was almost impossible due to constant buffering. Now, I'm planning to switch to another SIM and recommend others to avoid Zong due to these issues. if there was any option of zero star i would have given you zero
