Ratings and reviews

I've been using Zong Since 2021 and have been consistently disappointed with their service. The internet connection is slow and unreliable with frequent drops in signal strength. Despite their claims of "fast and reliable" internet, my experience has been the opposite. I'm currently on the MY5 plan which costs 3000. However, the speeds I get are nowhere near what they advertise. Most of the time, I'm lucky if I get 1 OR 2 Mbps.

Title: Add Confirmation Messages to Avoid Accidental Unsubscriptions! have been using the Zong app for a while now, and overall, it’s quite user-friendly. However, while navigating app, I accidentally unsubscribed from a bundle and lost my money because there was no confirmation prompt. This could have been easily avoided with simple confirmation message. Please add confirmation messages for subscribing and unsubscribing to prevent such costly mistakes and improve user experience. Thank you!

Most of the time, I’m fortunate if I get 1 or 3 Mbps.
