Zoo Adventure is your all-in-one mobile companion for an exciting and well-organized zoo visit. Discover amazing animals, explore zoo attractions, book tickets, reserve events, order food, and access essential visitor information in one convenient application.
Tickets and QR Codes
Select adult and child tickets, choose the required quantities, and review individual prices and the total cost before confirming your order. Your registered tickets are stored in the Profile section, where you can view ticket details and enlarge QR codes for convenient scanning at the zoo entrance. You can also skip ticket selection and purchase tickets later through your Profile.
Events and Reservations
Discover animal feeding sessions, keeper presentations, educational activities, and other exciting zoo events. View event photos, descriptions, dates, start times, and available places. Reserve places for your group, select the number of guests, and add optional notes. Manage your reservations in the My Reservations section, where you can check statuses, update guest numbers, edit notes, view reservation details, and cancel reservations when permitted.
Food Court and Order Management
Explore three menu categories: Jungle Bites, Safari Meals, and Wild Treats. Each dish includes a photo, description, price, ingredients, and estimated preparation time. Open dishes to review their details, add multiple items to your cart, adjust quantities, remove items, and include optional notes before placing your order.
After confirming an order, view the total price and estimated preparation time. Track its progress in the My Orders section through statuses such as Order Received, Preparing, Almost Ready, Ready for Pickup, Completed, and Cancelled. Open each order to review selected dishes, quantities, prices, notes, and current status. Orders can be cancelled when cancellation is available.
Interactive Zoo Map
Explore the zoo with an interactive map featuring animal habitats, dining areas, visitor facilities, event locations, and attractions. Discover Lion Territory, Giraffe Savannah, Elephant Valley, Penguin Bay, Monkey Jungle, Reptile House, Tropical Bird Garden, Wild Food Court, Adventure Playground, and Zoo Events Arena.
Select any location to view its photo, name, description, and useful visitor information. Use the Get Directions option to continue navigation through an external map service and find your way around the zoo.
Zoo Chat
Get quick answers to predefined questions about animals, zoo events, food, tickets, navigation, and other visitor topics. Choose a question and view its answer in a convenient chat-style interface. Continue exploring other questions without leaving the conversation, share helpful answers using your device's sharing options, and remove previous responses whenever needed.
Home Screen
The Home screen brings the main features of Zoo Adventure together in one convenient place. Quickly access Events, Food Court, Interactive Zoo Map, Zoo Chat, and your tickets. Discover zoo highlights, featured animals, upcoming activities, visitor tips, food recommendations, and other useful information to help you plan your visit.
Profile and Visitor Information
The Profile section provides centralized access to your registered tickets and QR codes. Open each ticket separately, enlarge its QR code for easier scanning, or start the ticket selection process if you previously skipped it. Find practical information about zoo opening hours, visitor rules, accessibility, contact details, and other essential visitor guidance.
Zoo Adventure combines ticket management, event reservations, food ordering, order tracking, interactive navigation, visitor questions, and practical information in one mobile application. Whether you are planning your visit in advance or exploring the zoo on the day, Zoo Adventure helps you organize your experience and enjoy every moment.
