Ratings and reviews

Every click inside their mobile site resulted in a pop up urging me to download the app, so I did. This gets one star from me because the mobile site was already a poor navigating experience, and the app has even less search functionality

Asks for too many permissions, unencrypted data transfer. Why do you need my phone contacts? I just want to listen to work calls.

ZoomInfo is amazing but now I can coach calls on the go? Amazing. Switching from Gong was the best decision we ever made.
