Ratings and reviews

I cannot call customer service, it says the number you have called cannot be reached from your calling area? That makes no sense. I tried installing the app from the zoom website it just does nothing it goes nowhere. When I get to the part where you can put your phone number in it says....attempt to read property "Country" on null.... What does that mean? And it changes the American flag to the US Virgin Islands flag. I switch it back to the American flag and it just does it again. Worthless

I've tried using this app several times and they can never find a ride for me despite the fact they are advertising in my area. Uber and Lyft never have a problem finding me a ride. This app is useless!

App needs major work. I couldn't even get past the "enter phone number" step without it constantly shutting down and glitching. I uninstalled it.

What's new
