The Zooniverse is the world’s largest and most popular platform for people-powered research. This research is made possible by volunteers—hundreds of thousands of people around the world who come together to assist professional researchers. Our goal is to enable research that would not be possible, or practical, otherwise. Zooniverse research results in new discoveries, datasets useful to the wider research community, and many publications.

The Zooniverse Mobile App provides push notification updates about our projects, as well as access to our most mobile-friendly projects and publications.

Utterly useless app. Don't bother downloading. Clearly no one bothers to update this - everything on here is "out of data" like an Amazon app only showing the items that are "out of stock". From this app it looks like Zooniverse no longer operates - update it or take it down, don't waste people's time.

Some of the studies are very technical I suppose you could say. They are always accompanied by a very clear demonstration and you can refer back to the material at any time you aren't sure. It's a brilliant way to participate in science while stuck on the bus in traffic or while you are waiting for your other half to finish getting ready to go out. Anything that would normally feel like wasted time you can quickly, pick up this app and Boom

Amazing place to do classification and learn more about current researches being carried out. Really professional and highly valuable researches.
