Ratings and reviews

This is a great travel option when in Las Vegas. The pick ups are frequent and the ride is comfortable. Even if your final destination is not where the drop off location is, it is normally just a short walk to get there. If there are persons exiting the vehicle from a previous ride be sure to let the doors close before entering as it will not end their ride until it has scanned an empty vehicle.

Wretchedly incompetent user interface. It does not show the highlighted area where it can drop off, and when I choose a destination it tells me to choose something in the highlighted area. I choose an area that was a dot and not an X. Apparently it only knows how to go from a marked spot to another and it's useless for anything other than a pre-programmed destination. Why should I trust that they can program a car if they can't program a basic map?

Not a great experience here in Vegas. There aren't many pick up spots, and where they are seem like random places most people won't go. It also wasnt intuitive that the place markers on the map actually are the pick up spots. They look like just normal landmarkers on maps. The app itself was clean and sleek though.
