ETAs changed frequently, but it didn't take long for us to get a ride. Only downside is limited stops. I'm sure this will improve. Nice interior music, instructions were easy to follow with app, even for a 50 year old. Tablet style screen inside vehicle tells you everything you need to know. Vehicle doesn't hesitate to zip around, so hold on. Haha. All in all, an awesome experience. My family and I never felt unsafe. In fact, it drove better than the crazies around it.

Our first ZooX ride...great experience. Yes, we waited for about 30 minutes for the ride to appear at Resorts World, but the app gives you the arrival "countdown" with a 6 minute vehicle identifier making the pickup effortless. You open the doors via the app and you're off in air conditioned music filled comfort. When it's "for pay", I'll definitely consider this if the price point is equivalent to Uber.😁😎👌

I absolutely this thing! The ride is smooth! You can pick you theme/ light color. You can pick you music! My only complaint is that the human drivers are not so considerate of the Zoox cars. We had a couple of cars almost hit us while we were loading and unloading. It's really sad. It was absolutely no fault of the Zoox. I felt very safe once I was belted in. I highly recommend!
