app is not working at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. the app won't let me view my camera I can't clear the cache literally can do nothing and customer service seems to not exist

app catches stuff, but when I try to play back screen turns white and can't view or download the videos fix the app!!!

Subscribed for a year in October, paid extra for 2 viewers, now I can't log in or get any help to determine why? I know the ID and password are correct.
