It's been set up for a week. The bird ID stopped working, there were 3 dots on each vid I could click to ID the bird. 4 days ago it went away so there's no ID info. It'd be nice if there was something to indicate which vids are new & which ones were viewed. If I check in the morning & again in the evening, there's nothing to show how far back I need to go unless I noted the time from the morning. My Blink cameras have a dot next to each vid that hasn't been viewed yet. I wouldn't buy this again.

playback videos will not work. to purchase cloud space will not work. service button does not work. I've reset, re-download. nothing will fix these issues.

app is not working at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. the app won't let me view my camera I can't clear the cache literally can do nothing and customer service seems to not exist
