the app works ok... never identified the birds but I can view the video and live feed. Biggest problem is the camera/video view is black and white or pink. Customer support initially was responsive, said they would send a new camera. it never arrived. Now the support icon on the app doesn't work. After a lengthy search, I found an email... they do not respond. Does anyone know how to get ahold of customer support????

The app works well but can be clunky. For example, when I click on a notification, it will take me to the live camera instead of the notification clip. The app developers must think all Americans are either on EBT, flat broke and in need of cash apps that take advantage of people. Often, the ads run and then restart even tho I was watching and clicking when appropriate to continue

I never leave app reviews. We initially LOVED this feeder/app. I bought it for my kids as a Christmas gift and really enjoyed seeing all the burd species. All of a sudden the app stopped working. I have been messaging with customer service with no resolve. They have told me its an issue with the subscription recognizing my new phone. I have yet to get a fix so my kids can continue to enjoy this feature and use it for homeschool research. Very disappointed. I will be looking for a new feeder. ð
