The Mobilis Voicemail service allows prepaid or postpaid Mobilis subscribers to manage their calls according to their availability, by switching incoming calls to voicemail when they are unreachable, busy, or when they do not wish to answer,
The service is accessible via:
- Call to short code 123,
- Mobile application: “Voice Mail Mobilis”.
The customer must first register for the "Voicemail" service, identifying himself with his telephone number, and the verification code which will be sent to him by SMS, which gives him the right to carry out all the operations available on the service. Features of the voicemail application:
- Consultation of voice messages,
- Reply to voice messages by text or voice recording,
- Delete messages,
- Customization of voicemail (welcome message, voice signature, change of password).
