The app updated and removed all my notes. I checked the "Deleted Notes" section. It was empty. I checked the "Restore Backup" section. It was empty. It does get some brownie points for being easy to use and whatnot, despite the annoying ads. I then checked the menu, and see that there was a sign in feature, which I didn't know about previously. Created one, checked all the sub menus again, NOTHING there. I had some pretty important information there, and now it's just POOF! gone.

loved this app when I first downloaded it, but at some point in the last year they made the app require payment to use without ads, and since then I've had major issues with the app. I have had notes legitimately vanish from the app, no record, no way to recover, not found in my deleted folder. I also attempted to reach out to the email provided by the app for app support, and almost a week later still have no response. Get a different app! this one is not reliable!

Great app for notes. Been using it for a few years now. Even with the ads. Only gripe so far is there's no obvious folder to where it stores the notes on the phone so you can back them up to a computer. I've noticed that if a note gets too large it has a size limit to which it can share. I need that whole file. Also, if the app could use external storage that would be a plus also. I use it many times per day. Temu ads always send to play store, others OK.
