It takes multiple tries to actually get someone to pick you up. Once, I had been assigned to a driver and I watched him drive around for 15 minutes clearly taking multiple other customers to their locations before the app cancelled my request. When I tried again, the second driver at least called to warn me he had other customers and to try cancelling and trying again. Twice it's claimed my ride is completed before pick-up. Also, the price it shows is wrong, the actual amount is more expensive.

It has potential... but it's not there yet. I love that I can pay cash, but that's the only reason I even use this app. It takes way too long to get a ride, IF you even can get one. Most of the time I wait for 30min to never when waiting for a pickup. After waiting a while, it just cancels the request on you and you have to start over again (and again). Also, although the prices aren't too bad (though higher still than Lyft & Uber), you don't know what you're going to pay for sure until the end.

App needs fixing. most of the time I'm waiting for my scheduled ride, and it doesn't show up. I end up calling and asking for a follow up and it somehow got canceled through the app when I never canceled. or it never went through the system, and lately been having double dispatched calls. seems like something is always wrong with the app now. better off just calling the number. til it's fixed.
