About this app

My Dev Agents is the app for running a small service business with your team — a dev shop, design studio, agency or consultancy. Your team's work, their daily check-ins, team chat and time off live in one place, and everyone on your team is included in your plan.

STOP ASKING FOR STATUS
Each morning people check in with their plan — typed, or just spoken — and check out with what got done. The app turns what they said into a checklist, so you can see the day without chasing anyone for an update.

EVERYONE'S WORK, IN ONE LIST
See the tickets assigned to you, grouped by status. Search, filter by project, and swipe to start a timer or move a ticket along. Open one to change its status, update the estimate, comment or log time. Close a ticket that ran far over its estimate and the app asks why, so the reason isn't lost. Managers can switch between their own work and everyone's.

A TIMER THAT STAYS WITH YOU
Start the timer on a ticket and it follows you across the app — and onto your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so the hours you log are the hours you worked.

TEAM CHAT, NEXT TO THE WORK
Channels and direct messages with threads, @mentions, photos and files, and voice notes when typing is too slow. Join your team's Meet, Zoom or Teams call from the conversation.

TIME OFF WITHOUT THE BACK-AND-FORTH
Check your balance, see exactly how many days a request uses before you send it, and cancel it if plans change.

ASK ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS IN PLAIN WORDS
Owners and admins can ask the Operator things like "What needs my attention?" or "Where does each project stand?" and get an answer from your own data. It can also suggest changes — create and assign a ticket, log your time, request leave — and nothing happens until you tap to confirm.

PAY FOR THE WORK, NOT THE HEADCOUNT
There's no per-seat price: everyone on your team is included on every plan. Plans — Starter, Basic, Plus and Max — differ in how much the system does for you each month and how much file storage your workspace gets. Every plan includes the whole system.

Proposals, invoices, accounting, client portals and reports are in the My Dev Agents web app at app.mydevagents.com, on the same account.

Subscriptions: a subscription starts after a 14-day free trial and renews monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings.
