Complained on helpline and also by visiting hospital but still same error on Note 8. "The file could not be downloaded. Please save the file to your local storage and then try to open it." Why don't you send reports on registered email, why unnecessary steps to open application and then download? Think for a moment report results exceptionally bad and you forgot to inform patient and even patient could not access these, then hospital will be responsible, isn't it? Think over it.
