This app is terrible. You get missed call notifications, but the phone doesn't ring. It disconnects from your Bluetooth while you're on the phone. Switching between calls causes you to drop both calls. Just overall an inconsistent, unhelpful app. If you can avoid this app, do your company a massive favor and avoid it. My boss who works in the office talks to me like I'm lying whenever I tell her about whatever new glitch this trash app has. Avoid like the plague.

I don't know what they did, but ever since the most recent update (March 6, 2024) I cannot receive calls through the mobile app. I can through the desktop application just fine. The app just refuses to acknowledge I'm still in my designated queue when I close the app without logging out. I'll check it and my queue will be grayed out like I logged out of it and can't get my calls, even though I can hear the call coming in from my desktop application.

App updated as of Thursday - March 07, 2024 - Still can not make inbound or outbound calls on our paid service. Notifications arrive of voicemail and inbound calls, but can not be accepted. Connectivity during recent update has broken all functionality. We pay for this service, and the mobile application was a huge benefit when offsite. Now it doesn't work.
