STUDENTS

BATCHES

Create batches — your class groups — with weekly schedules. Quick presets for Weekdays, All Days, Weekend, or M-W-F. Or pick any custom set of days. Assign students to batches, see today's batches on the dashboard.

ATTENDANCE

Mark attendance as Present, Absent, or Leave for the whole batch in seconds. Use "All Present" or "All Absent" for quick days. Mark attendance for any past date. View attendance history per batch with color-coded counts.

FEES

Set fee structures: Monthly, Per-Class, or Custom. Fees auto-generate per student per period. Record payments in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any custom mode. Edit or delete payment history anytime. See pending fees across all students on one screen.

WHATSAPP REMINDERS

Send a fee reminder over WhatsApp in one tap from the student profile. The message is pre-filled in your selected language with the student's name, amount due, and your teacher name.

TEST REPORTS

Log test scores per student with subject, test date, marks scored, total marks, and notes. Subject autocomplete remembers past entries. Filter reports by tuition or school test type.

DAILY REMINDERS

Get a gentle nudge every day at your chosen time to mark attendance and collect pending fees. Reminders are skipped automatically when there is nothing pending — no noisy notifications.
