If you use this app, it will calculate the monthly payment amount assuming you pay in installments over the purchase cycle (for example, 10 years for a refrigerator).

・TV 100,000 yen, replaced every 5 years → Monthly fee 1,666 yen
・Air conditioner 150,000 yen, replaced every 10 years → 1,250 yen per month
→Total monthly payment for high-priced items: 2,916 yen

If you budget the sum of the monthly costs of various products in your household account book as ``expenses for expensive items,'' you can also use it to determine how many more expensive items you can afford to buy.
