About this app

TradePro is the mobile companion for tradespeople, field engineers and contractors who use the TradePro ServiceNow portal. It gives you a fast, native Android phone and tablet experience for the same portal you already use on the desktop, so you can pick up jobs, update tasks and stay in touch with the office wherever the work takes you.

Sign in once with your TradePro account using secure OAuth, and the app keeps you signed in across sessions so you can jump straight back into work. Your credentials are protected on-device using the Android Keystore, and all communication with your ServiceNow instance is over HTTPS.

KEY FEATURES

• Native app shell – Quick-access tabs for Home, Tasks and More, plus a built-in Settings screen, all wrapped around your existing TradePro portal.
• Tasks at a glance – Open assigned jobs, review details, update status and capture information directly from the portal.
• Push notifications – Get notified the moment a new task is assigned, a job is updated or a message is sent your way. Notification badges keep your unread count visible on supported launchers.
• In-app notification centre – Review recent alerts, tap through to the related record and clear them when you're done.
• Photos & attachments – Use your device camera to capture photos straight into portal forms (for example uploads, evidence of work or attachments).
• Location-aware – When a portal page asks for your location (for example field service or maps), TradePro shares it with your permission so the right job and route information appears.
• Share & deep links – Share record links with colleagues, and open tradepro:// deep links straight into the right page in the app.
• Light & dark themes – TradePro automatically follows your system theme for comfortable use day or night.

WHO IT'S FOR

TradePro is intended for employees, contractors and partners of organisations that already use the TradePro ServiceNow platform provided by Zero Vector. A valid TradePro account from your employer or service provider is required to sign in – the app does not provide a public sign-up.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera – only used when a portal page requests it (for example to attach photos to a job).
• Microphone – only used when a portal page requests audio capture.
• Location (While in use) – only used when a portal page requests your position, for example to show nearby jobs or routing.
• Notifications – used to deliver push alerts for tasks, updates and messages from the portal.
• Internet & network state – required to communicate with your ServiceNow instance.

You can review and change all permissions at any time in Android Settings under Apps › TradePro › Permissions.

PRIVACY

TradePro does not collect personal information for advertising, and does not sell your data. Information you enter is stored in your organisation's ServiceNow instance under your employer's privacy policy. Sign-in tokens are stored securely on your device using the Android Keystore.
