Z5 Mobile is the on-the-go VRS (Video Relay Service) app that makes it easy for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals to make and receive VP calls anywhere using a Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection.

What’s your style? Z5 Mobile’s intuitive user interface gives you a choice of two themes and the ability to add contact photos. You can also count on our Number Lookup feature, powered by Google Maps, to help you find phone numbers and conduct map searches without having to leave the app. Even when you're not using the app, you can now receive full-screen notifications at the moment a call is incoming. Also, badge notifications will keep you up to date on any unseen messages you have waiting for you in your video mailbox.

Front camera is too small like square and barely seeing my head and signs. Update: it's get worse.... I have to reinstall this app everytime it's freeze. PLEASE UPDATE. 2nd update: it kept getting worse, something blocking the interpreter and I can't even see. Idk why they don't wanna fix these. Makes me wanna change service so bad....

I tried to login the account. It popped out the message saying "time out." My data connection is fine. I don't know why Z5 mobile app is not compatible with my cellphone AT&T data. I understand that it is required WiFi. This is trash app. I'm switching over to Sorenson.

I cant even make phone calls....I restarted my phone over and over. Still wont let me make a phone call. I need it for work, please fix it ASAP!!!!! When I receive notification that someone is calling, but it doesn't ring at all and then I have to call back...I can't even answer the phone. Many times, I missed people calling me and when I called back, it was too late. This is irritating and frustrating. Please fix. I am thinking about transferring to different VP service.
