I normally don't do reviews but this app really sucks so I'm leaving no stars. I'm usually good at figuring things out buy there us no support. No way to even get a registered account and I've spent a few hours on it and only got one picture to work and it wasn't really impressive. Save your money this app and product are garbage.

Yes!! Extremely hard to figure out the app. Finally went to u tube, and luckily I found a video that shows exactly in detail what to do that instructions don't. After that it was pretty easy to do. Only thing is, wish the app had more images, that weren't oriental related. P.S. took me two days before I found the video!

The good: The pictures show Chinese characters, but the app has English. The bad: Unfortunately, the app is unstable and is missing useful features. The app works fine and then the next time I start it, it refuses to find my fan even though my phone is connected to the fans network. The only way to resolve it is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Sometimes the controls like ‘brightness’ don’t work. Uploading videos to the fan is hit or miss. Some videos fail to be uploaded giving the error ‘cut fail’. I then use an older version of the same app to upload the same video with no problem. The app lacks features like an on/off switch, choosing whether the fan auto starts or not, breath mode and volume control. This is the only app that will manage the hologram fan I purchased, but it is going to give me a nervous breakdown. Something this simple should just work once you set it up and setting it up is easy. The app is simply undependable. I have found no other app that will connect to my fan so I am frustrated being stuck with this one.
