took all my info and then showed an error, unable to register try later. Complete scam. EDIT: they claim it's "wifi connection issue". Apart from fact i wasnt on wifi, somehow i managed to download 20 mbs of that app, try it, fail, then use google maps and uber succesfully. Also somehow i managed to log in other time, but still didnt manage to get a bike, because neither scanning qr code nor putting it manually worked. same for my friend with iphone. Junk.

Horrible product! Zybra should be embarrassed putting out such a horrible app. I'm staying at the Bahai Mar Hotel, one of the finest properties in the US, and this product ruins the image of this fine establishment. Problems are galore, so many questions asked and after 15 minutes in the hot Florida sun I was no closer to renting the bicycle. Endless rounds of codes and numbers (at one time the bicycle that was directly in front of me was told by the app was under maintenance, and restart).

review is for the experience with bike... Bikes are very heavy and make rattle noise like a bucket of nuts and bolts. Hard to ride. Tires are just solid plastic or rubber, not inflated so no shock absorbing. Be ready feel you wrists and elbows. Can't return them at other locations and the price it ridiculous. I will use citibike next time. this zybra is a total rip off counting on one time experience tourists. bad bikes, bad price, bad business
