The app itself is fine but the experience with the bikes was less than ideal. Bikes were poorly maintained, front break was non functional, shifters were hard to operate, and chain was in dire need of lubrication. Bike got me where i wanted to go but didn't instill alot of confidence.

The bike was decent, but it is essentially an overpriced digital bike rental without a bike-share option. So instead of allowing you to leave it temporarily at another Zybra station to save on the cost, you are charged continuously through the day. I chose to rent for the 12hour option - if you return it 5 minutes late, it charges you for an additional 12 hours!! Would not recommend

Nice bike rental associated with Hilton West palm beach hotel. Bikes ride well. Using the zybra app bike removal and return is very simple. The best part is two hours were provided complimentary provided by hotel.
