Really Enjoy the game!!! BUT with that being said; due to the graphics and explosive movements in the game I get kicked out often and my phone turns off?! That can't be good on my phone and it's very frustrating to have to Repeat the level Again?! I started out on an earning platform and thought that was why so I deleted it and uninstalled this game and reinstalled it about 30 min later. I lost all progress (200 levels) and it Still does it?! So over it, won't see 200 levels again....

Update May 8, 2026. I have been unable to play or reach Support for 3 days. After playing a puzzle, it froze. This has happened to me many times over the past couple of years. I have been informed multiple times by AT&T that this app has a bug. I and other members of my club gave encountered multiple glitches with the game/app. Zynfa's Support repeated denied there being a bug, and refused to help. Zynga Support denies, deflects, lies, and usually does nothing about it.

They need to fix the cheating BS on here. I go to do / combine a move and it doesn't happen / disappears or it goes against mission objective. I also seem to be always one move away from victory and it takes 50 attempts for certain levels; just dumb. You have to pay to get anywhere worth while and I think that's stupid; it completely takes the fun out of the game / defeats the purpose.
