Scan the QR code on the vehicle to unlock it, and you’re ready to ride. When you’re done, just park the vehicle in a designated area, end your trip in the app, and you’re all set. Adventure is inevitable—where will you ride next?

Here are some essential safety tips for riding e-scooters:

LAME!! It says "ride anywhere you want". when i rode where i wanted (on a trail next to the Sacramento River) and pressed "pause ride", it said "error! you cannot pause a ride in a RESTRICTED AREA" (emphasis mine). nor can you END a ride in a "restricted area". Going back and reading the rules carefully, it says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about "restricted areas". totally useless for the little half hour adventure i wanted to have. funny, because the company's tag-line is "adventure is inevitable". BS!

What a blast! I need a full hip replacement and wasn't able to enjoy walking at Turtle Bay/Sundial Bridge in Redding CA. so I rented a scooter and had an absolute blast... THANK YOU ZYP!

The rate is unreasonable. You have to pay to PAUSE your trip. And it's $1.40 for the first minute, and then ¢0.40 per MINUTE. Doesn't sound like that much but my god. If you went on a 5 minute trip every day for a month you'd be paying over a hundred dollars on these stupid scooters.
