⚡️ On the road and the battery is empty? Desperately asking if someone has a charging cable with them and if there is a power outlet nearby? This has happened to us far too often... That's why we're building a powerbank sharing network in Vienna.

🌄 What is charge7?
Charge7 is a Viennese startup. Simply rent a powerbank to charge your smartphone in the restaurant or on the road. Each charge7 powerbank comes with Apple, USB-C and Micro USB cable. So you don't need your own. You can return the charge7 powerbank any station near you, which you can find in the app.

🔋 How does it work?
Open the charge7 app to find the closest station next to you. Scan the QR code on the station to rent a power bank. Plug in using the cable included and charge on the go. Return the power bank to any station shown on the map.

🔎 Where can I find charge7?
We are working together with popular bars, cafes, shops and many more. We are always looking for new and exciting venues to partner with. Drop us a message in the app and tell us where you would like to see us next.

💳 How do I pay?
Choose one of our payment methods in the app. It is possible to use all kind of credit and debit cards for paying the rental fee. You can also to Top-Up using bank cards or AliPay and get free credits! Scan the QR code on the station and the power bank will pop out of it!

✌️ Don’t worry!
We cap your daily spending and remember you to return it. Our pricing is fully transparent and displayed in the app. If you choose to keep the power bank, you will be charged its purchase price.

Absolutely shocking. Only putting 1 star as it wouldn't allow me to put 0.5 stars. Main issues: - Not many places in Vienna where they can be returned - Most of these places weren't even open - It said on the app some of these places had spaces but they didn't. - We ended up spending hours trying to find them - The charger only lasted 2 hours - No one available on the chat and no one to contact for help Because we were unable to return them for 2 days, we were charged €24 for its use!! A scam!

Unpractical and extremely expensive. You'll have to navigate to some obscure cafe just to pay a lot. The actual cost to charge a whole power bank is 1-3 CENTS, here you pay 1€ PER HOUR. Better get a SWITCH Powerbank instead, it pays off after 2 uses, and they have central exchange stations.
